By installing, accessing, or using the Blasts browser extension, the Blasts website (blasts.app), or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Opt-in Required. All Blasts are sent to recipients who have explicitly opted in by accepting a pairing code or subscribing to a sender. Recipients may unsubscribe, block senders, or set quiet hours at any time from the extension settings.

SMS & Voice (Twilio Integration). Certain features use Twilio for voice calls and SMS. If you connect your own Twilio account via Twilio Connect, you are responsible for complying with Twilio's Terms of Service, A2P 10DLC registration requirements, and all applicable telecommunications regulations. Twilio bills your connected account directly for voice and SMS usage.

All content, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Tips Marketing Services, Corp or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create and send through Blasts. By sending content through the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit, store, and deliver that content to intended recipients.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, do not use tracking pixels, and do not inject analytics into your browsing. See the Privacy Policy for complete details on data collection, storage, and use.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tips Marketing Services, Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tips Marketing Services, Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
